Our Returns Policy

We will not accept any returns, unless by prior arrangement by email info@diamond-equestrian.co.uk FAO Online Sales

Damaged during delivery, defective, incorrectly advertised or not what I ordered

You can return your purchase to us within 28 days of the date you received the item if it has been damaged during delivery, is defective, has been incorrectly advertised or isn’t what you ordered. We will issue a full refund (including postage costs) or a replacement at no additional cost.

I want to return an unwanted item

If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within seven days of receipt for a refund. Please be aware that we may not refund your postage costs, as there is no error on our part.

I want to return an unwanted large and/or expensive item

For large and/or expensive items, we may arrange for a courier to collect your purchase. In this event, we will contact you to arrange a collection time that is convenient for you. If there is no error on our part and you require this service, we will quote the cost for this service at the time of your call

Our Refunds Policy

When will I get my refund?

When you send your item back to us, within 3-5 days of receipt we will process the returned item and make a payment back to the credit card or debit card you originally paid with.

Our Exchanges Policy

Can I exchange my returned item for something else?

We are unable to exchange goods from one order to another. In all cases we would handle your returned item as a straight forward return and refund the payment back on to the credit card or debit card you originally paid with as per the refunds policy (above).

If you do require another item a new order would need to be raised and charged for separately and the funds will be taken for the new order before you will have received a refund for the returned item(s)
