How To Order
If you would like your own logo embroidering please send us a good quality Jpeg/PDF image of your logo to email@example.com
along with your requirements and we will get back to you within 2 working days with a quote. (There will be a one off design set up fee for personal/business logos.)
Select item/s you would like to have embroidery on and place in the shopping basket. Please note that not all items are suitable for embroidery Please see table below to check that the item you have chosen is suitable for embroidery.
Select the relevant options for your product from the embroidery page (choices of images and fonts are also available to view on the embroidery page)
Choose your options step by step ensuring you double check all spellings and options carefully to avoid any mistakes.
Place your embroidery options in the basket along with your chosen items.
Important things to double check:
- Make sure you have provided the product information for the item that you would like embroidery on. There is a product information box for this information on all embroidery order pages. Please provide as much detail as possible e.g. size, colour, style of product
- Make sure all spellings are correct
- Double check sizes and colours of items you have chosen for embroidery
Please ensure you provide as much detail as possible when placing your order. You can also provide additional information when choosing your options and extra instructions when you check out.
*If you require your order for a certain date please call or email us before placing your order to confirm that we are able to work to this timescale. The turnaround of personalised orders can vary greatly depending on the order and the work load we have on at the time of order. Dispatch times can vary from anything between; 1 week up to 4 weeks. The average dispatch time however is 10-12 workings days. Please contact us if you have any queries and to discuss your requirements in detail.

If you have made a mistake during ordering please call us to rectify/cancel your order as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled when personalisation has been completed and no refund will be offered.
Product requirements for embroidery
||Most saddle cloths are suitable for embroidery. They must have space for the embroidery to fit and must not already have some form of pattern or embroidery on them. This will be subject to design. Please select a suitable saddle cloth with little or no decorative designs on.
||All plain fleece rugs are suitable for embroidery. Rugs must not have a logo/pattern on more than one side of the rug. Embroidery will ALWAYS be completed on the opposite side of the rug if it has a logo/design on.
Stable rugs and turnout rugs are not suitable for embroidery.
||The following items are suitable for embroidery: Waterproof Coat, fleece, jacket, hoody, polo shirt, sweat shirt.
These items are only suitable if the embroidery site on the garment is plain.
There is a range of plain garments available in the online shop, which are perfect for individual and team embroidery.
Show Jackets, Tweed Jackets, body protectors, show shirts, heavily decorated garments, are not suitable for embroidery.
NB: Diamond Equestrian reserves the right to cancel or refuse any embroidery order which has been placed for unsuitable items.
