Delivery Information

Orders placed before 3pm, within the United Kingdom, will be processed and despatched within 24 hours and will be delivered within 2 – 3 working days.

Orders placed after 3pm will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours and will be delivered within 3 – 4 working days.

CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE

Simply choose the ‘click and collect’ delivery option on check out, your order will be processed within 24 hours and you will be notified by email or phone call when your order is ready to collect. Do not attempt to collect your order before you receive notification that your order is ready.

Your order will be available to collect within 2 – 4 working days.

N.B. You will require proof of ID and your reference number to collect your order for security reasons.

HOW YOUR PARCEL WILL BE DELIVERED 

Your parcel will be delivered using one the largest express delivery companies in the UK – UK Mail. With over 40 years of experience, UK Mail know the importance of having a delivery service that businesses can rely on. Giving you peace of mind that your order will be delivered quickly, safely and securely.

UK Mail provide a comprehensive tracking service that you can access at ukmail.com. Simply enter your tracking number and follow your parcel from the second it is collected, right until it is at your front door. .

Please contact us before you complete a personalised embroidery order if you have a specific date that you need your order for. This will allow you to check the current lead time on embroidery orders and ensure we can get it to you for the required date.

If you do not have a specific date that you require your personalised embroidery order for you can expect it to be delivered within 5-10 working days as standard.

HOW YOUR PARCEL WILL BE TRACKED

Collected

Parcel has been collected from our shop, entered onto the UK Mail network. It will not be delivered today but in most cases will be delivered tomorrow. No deliveries are made on Sundays.

At Delivery Location

Parcel has arrived at UK Mail delivery depot, check parcel tracker later for confirmation that your parcel is “out for delivery” with a driver.

Out For Delivery

Your parcel is with the driver and will be delivered between 8am and 6pm. Please unsure an adult is at the property to sign for the parcel as they cannot deliver it without the signature of someone over the age of 18.

Delivered

Your parcel has been delivered, someone else at your property may have signed for it on your behalf or the driver may have left a card with further information. Please check before calling UK Mail.

Part Delivered

Your parcel has been part delivered please contact customer care on 0845 155 2552 for further info.

Delivery Attempted

Driver has tried to deliver your parcel today, but was unable to obtain a signature. They will attempt again tomorrow. To arrange delivery for an alternative day please visit “manage your delivery” page on the UK Mail website.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges work on size and weight. UK Surcharge Areas

Unfortunately, our courier charges a premium for delivering to the following UK areas. Highlands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of White, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands this is charged at £14.95 up to 30kg of parcel weight.

Shetland Isles – we use the Royal Mail which takes up to 4 working days to be delivered.

Please note delivery outside the UK mainland may incur an additional surcharge to those detailed above. If this is the case we will call or email you before proceeding with your order.
